"Papi?"
"Hmm?"
"Are we almost there?"
"Yes, almost."
Satisfied with his answer, Koko looks to her mother in the passenger seat. She is turned towards the window and her body is slumped forwards, as though her heart were weighing her down. She is very still, but Koko knows she is awake.
Her baby brother is strapped into a car seat beside her. His brow is furrowed and he snores a bit.
She leans her forehead against the window, thankful for its cool touch. Everything hurts, her spine is stiff from the base of her neck to the small of her back, and all her muscles are tight and cramping. Koko doesn't know where they are going, but they have

The lyrics roll off our tongues like poison,
As we scream together, jump together,
Live together.
And tonight, just for one night,
We share one heart.
And it beats with the drums,
And it wails with the guitars,
And it sings in tune.
It knows every word
To every song.
I'm surrounded by sweaty, cigarette-scented teenagers who I've never seen, and may Never see again,
But at this moment, she is my sister and he is my brother.
Goosebumps cover our flesh,
Tears sting our eyes,
Our voices crack but we keep singing along,
Those lyrics that saved our lives.
The lyrics that have pulled us up from dark depths of misery,
The lyrics that
Please allow me to introduce myself, I'm a man of wealth and taste...
Hello. I am SockPanda and I love you
Almost as much as I love Bob Dylan.
I'm probably different from anyone else you've ever met.
Just call me lucifer...
I'm not a really good artist yet, but I'm getting there, I promise.
I play a lot of instruments and I dance as well. So when I'm not on here that's what I'm doing.
I'm not really from France. But I've been there, and I speak a little French as well.
So when you meet me, have some courtesy, have some sympathy, and some taste.

I might come back at the end of the summer..I'm gonna have a lot going on and I have to make some kinda big decisions I've never had to make before. I'm pretty excited for the future. :la:
So it's goodbye until we meet again.
I haven't been on in a long long time. Or at least, not since I wrote my last journal entry. I don't really have anything to upload either. Which is terribly sad.
It's almost summer! Only a few more weeks left of school. I might be going a couple places, Mississippi, Illinois, or maybe California. My summers are always crazy with spur-of-the-moment type trips. But I will be taking an art class for at least a week at the Museum of Fine Arts. And I'm gonna go to a bunch of concerts too, so it's gonna be an awesome summer.
I LOVE dancing. There's never been a time in my life when I haven't been taking some sort of dance class. Or at least, not since I can remember.
I had two shows, one today and one yesterday. Performing is just soooo much fun. It's not even about the audience, or the fact that people are watching you. I love being tired, and having aching feet and I love the way the stage floor feels on my bare feet when I leap.
I wish I could dance every single day.
Maybe someday I will.
